S+ I think but not sure. Need a missing part. Please Help!
« on: July 28, 2019, 07:00:44 AM »
Hello, I am just starting to work on a Double Red White & Blue from a Machine that is missing a few parts.  I am new to this model machine as I have only played with an M series.  There is a part missing under the upper glass.  Can you tell me what it is and where I may get one?  I was told this was an S+ but now I am not sure?  I can't find it listed in the manual.  I started to think it may be an s2000 but the coin tray does not have a speaker.  It has the hopper socket for an S+ and a 6 digit serial #.  I spoke to someone who has an S+ machine with same game but there upper glass is 15" in height where mine only measures 9 1/4".  I am confused?  Can anyone some light on this and help educate me?  What is this machine?

The top panel you are referring to is a player tracking closeout (IIRC).  It covers casino only additions such as a player card reader, rewards keypad and ticket printer on some machines.  Mine is covered with a black plastic panel affixed to the mounting panel.
Just from your exterior picture it is apparent that you are also missing three buttons (bet one, spin and bet max) as well as the reel #1 assembly (and reel strip) as well as the max payout sticker above the left reel.  You interior picture is too close to see of you have the bill validator or cash-can but it appears the housing and DBV PS is there?  You didn't include a picture of the interior of the door but I'm wondering if you might also be missing the coin comparitor?
Mose all these parts are easily available online through the NLG supporting  vendors or the classified section.
