Coin optics s+ slant top

Hello guys. Been a while. My coin optics are not giving credit. Go through and go to coin pay bucket but no credits. Went to test 10-1 11-1 and 12-1. 10-1 does not change when I block with paper?  I do get 11-0 and 12-0 when blocked? Any advice. Spare boards have black plug instead of white plug and set code 21 that I couldn’t clear. Crap. Am I wrong to assume the 10-1means the sender and receiver are working? Saw a post that said remove the Q2 or Q4 transistor May fix the problem. Also want to change from 3 line to 5 line. Do I change the ss reel chip or the game chip

Just wanted to post that i got the machine working.Turned out to be a problem with the wiring harness. New one came today and after putting it on it is now working. I can still use advice on whether to change the sp or ss chip to make my 3 line a 5 line.

Change the ss chip, award, and reel glass.  Maybe reel strips too but probably not.  What game we talking about here?

Sorry. Triple diamond s + slant top. I already have the reel glass and the 5 coin light strip. Reel Strips and the belly glass are the same. I doubt I will ever find the pay glass. It is 15 inch x 19 1/2 because it is an older slant top. Most I see are 9 x 19 1/2 and for the 9 line Triple diamond. Thanks for the help.
