Bill Val Stacker issues with a wms?
« on: February 12, 2019, 04:31:20 PM »
Hello, so I just got a blue bird reals, reels of dublin it was missing its bill validator and cable, so I ordered the cable and grabbed a UBA 10 and threw it in there, everything seemed to go through well except for the message "BillVal Stacker Missing" and "Stacker Jam" so I figured it wasnt playing nice with the cash box. So I grabbed 2 other cash boxes, same result...

So then I went and grabbed my blue uba bill validator, threw that into the machine, it cycled just the same to give me the same stacker issues.... Anyone else out there seen this? I am going to go start looking for cables that might not be plugged in, but hopefully I will get it this time!

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Do you know for sure your UBA's work correctly?  Since you are not getting a bill val com error, I'm assuming you have the right software on the UBA's.

Check the two flags at the back of the frame assembly. These actuate the sensors at the back of the validator to show when the cash box is properly seated  and also when the stacker plate is in the home position during the bill stack operation. they might be bent or sticking.

Response one;  yes I know they are the right software. One came from the casino with it, the other my buddy flashed for wba so I’m positive on that one.

Response two; your answer took me a few times reading it. In short I am getting a bill val device error, I saw that one after posting. I have tried a black and a blue uba, (fully assembly) and both have given me the same billval stacker error. I double checked cabling. Found a switch with a wire off, rebooked it, but it made no difference.

Was this issue ever fixed? What was the problem?

After I cleared it with the new head, power down the machine and reboot. That fixed it for me.

That's NOT how it was fixed Jaycyn414!
I know who bought the non-shopped 'Reels of Dublin' cabinets and where the WORKING bill validator came from.
I like casinos and I love slot machines
I lost a fortune, if you know what I mean
Those one armed bandits was the wrong thing to choose
A man with nothing ain't got nothing to lose

That is how it was fixed, because after yours was brought over and used it had the same problem until it was reset, after being cleared. You have more time than brains, you have done nothing but tried to harass and murder my business all over you being a child. You played the victim like a came over and maliciously took your slot machine apart, when you know damn well you lent me your bill validator, I returned it to you, and 6 months later you tell me it’s not the same one, so I made multiple attempts to replace it with the other one that was in storage, and even offered to flash the bill head you have there, none wore good options and you never returned my messages, I know about your emails to people dragging my name through the dirt with misinformation, if it continues up I will press charges on you for slander, enough is enough, grow up, and gladly bring the owner of the reels of Dublin in here, I sold him the machines in bulk, and I’ve yet to hear him complain about them.
