Need help or a technician to add games to a Game King

Your location would be helpful.  What is wrong with it and why do you thinks it needs to be "reset"?

Most things with these machines aren't real difficult to fix yourself.

Oops sorry…I’m in Las Vegas - and there is nothing wrong with the machine…I don’t have a 17 key to make changes….for example wife likes Lion Fish slot however it’s not “activated” as one of the 12 on the menu screen…

12 games per denomination can be enabled.  Did you check all activated denominations to see if it has been enabled?

Thanks for the reply - I’m not even going to try to pretend like I have expertise - I just acquired the machine…Lion Fish is enabled on the $2 denomination however the main menu only goes to $1…so without a 17 Key I’m stumped…

I believe you will need a key chip 21 rather than a 17 for a game king.

Key 17 is the correct one for GK4.3.  Key 21 is for Wide Area Network Megajackpot progressive type games.
