Error code 22 on IGT S slot???

Hey everyone,
 
I'm back.  Been playing my S (not S+) slot for over a month, and loving it.  Have "hit" everything but the top two (2) payouts.  Now I have an issue.  Was getting quite a few "12" error codes even though the battery was brand new.  Even checked it with a multi-meter and it was 3.65V.  Just had to hit the white test button and I was good to go.
 
Now the machine won't work and I'm getting a flashing "22" on the display. I don't see that error code anywhere.  Any ideas...?

I know 21 is coin in tilt. Never seen 22. Is the machine booting up and doing the maiden spin? The 12 popping up like that makes me think you have a bad or dirty solder joint at the battery. Was the machine in the process of paying a win at the time and only paid 22? We need just a little more info. and I'm sure we can help.

And be sure your battery polarity is correct.  :-)

Tried it again today, and it is working 
 
...but I'm still getting the "12" error every once and a while.  The battery is new and reads 3.65v on my multimeter.  The polarity is correct.
 
The battery seems securely attached to the leads and the leads to the board, but I'll check the solder joints.  Thanks...

Looks like it was a "dirty" solder joint.  Re-soldered it a while ago and no "12" errors since
