Ruby Slippers top screen

Just bought this machine and it’s been awhile since I’ve played the game.    Is it normal for the top screen to look washed out or is the top monitor going out?    I cannot remember if it looked like that on my prior machine.

I believe I adjusted the monitor on mine. There are settings on top of the monitor.

I played around with those last night but didn't seem to do anything.  Starting to wonder if the top monitor is going bad.

What model display is in it? 
Williams used a few different LCD displays from different companies.
Can you give us the model number from the manufacturer's label?
Take a photo of it

It is a Kristel. LCD22 A04

Sometime before Covid, I bought an 22" LCD widescreen computer monitor from somebody on Facebook Marketplace for like $15.
I removed all of the exterior plastic, and fitted the LCD inside the framing enclosure.
It fit perfectly...the LCD is like a brand new topbox monitor!

Is WOZ Ruby Slippers the only game you have? You could install another game and compare the top monitor picture quality to WOZ.

FWIW: On my WOZ Ruby Slippers the image inside the circle (per your earlier picture) is identical to yours. I don't think that image is supposed to be crisp and clear. ALL of my other games look fine on the top monitor.

At this moment it is the only game I have.   I played around with more of the settings and I got to to look not so washed out but now the screen shakes.
