Can anyone tell me if a hopper from an IGT GU4 will work in my S+ machine?

No, it will not. The base is different. That looks like a Pachislo machine hopper.

that hopper will not work in a S+, it looks like a S-2000 hopper, the DC motor and the base channel are identical to a S-2000 hopper.

The cover on the bowl made me think pachislo. Either way, will not work on S+. Different voltages I think also.
