blazing sevens TITO

I have done a clear on my machine. Well everything is almost working well. When I cash out it will start by saying printing voucher. Then it will go to hand mode. So it wont print a ticket. Any ideas how to fix this? Plus all the hand mode mode has been disable.

During setup did you set your SAS validation to standard?

After you turn machine on, leave it on & unplug power from TITO & plug it in again. I had some that acted like that.

I have that happen from time to time.

Was the cashout the first SAS function used?  If so, try adding some free credits before, then do the cashout. Also rebooting the TITO board by power cycling as posted above also works.  There was one time, when the serial port on the backplane was faulty and replacing it fixed the issue.

So I went in to take a look at resetting the tito and nothing. Its funny though it will print out a demo ticket. Its just when you cash out it goes to hand pay.

I originally asked if you had selected standard validation and you said yes, but you also mentioned that you have a TITO board, in which case you needed to select System validation.  I made a step by step video detailing the setup of an alpha machine, including the section for the SAS validation.  Look at it here.  Pay attention to the areas where I setup the Com options.

Does it accept a ticket?  If not, if you push the service button, do you get credits added?  You may have a bad backplane if none of those work.  Or bad TITO board/installation.
