Game king 044 no boot

Hello Everyone,


I have a GK with a 044 board that was working fine the other night then suddenly went to a black screen (Screen is still on just no signal).
I shut down and powered up again but got the same thing all LED's on the MPU are lit with the red blinking.
Checked battery on MPU and that's fine.
I suspect power supply #40009090 but figured I's run it past everyone here..


Power supply?

It could be the power supply, it may also be the MPU board or the flash board.  The blinking red light on the MPU board tells you it is not booting up.  Check the output voltages of the power supply and also check the two fuses on the motherboard.

You can check them right at the fuse holders if you want to.  The bottom side of F1 is your +25VDC and the bottom of F2 is your +13VDC.

I'm assuming the fuses on the back plane? If so I'm only getting 11.2v on the top fuse and 21.9v on the bottom.

Yes, the fuses are on the backplane.  Both of those voltages are really low.  I'd replace the power supply and hopefully that will get your machine back up and running.
