Help with SAVP Reel Tilt

I am trying to clear a reel tilt on an SAVP.  After initial install game plays great for a few rounds then reels start to spin and spin until finally they stop.  Slot then reboots and brings up a red screen that says "Failed to set/clear attribute in group AVP Reel Shelf".  A key flick will then continue the boot and reels come up spinning again with the message "Reel Security Tilt-AVP Reel Shelf 1,2,3". 

I have tried wiping backplane and pci card and also reloading hard drive with no success.  Reel shelf and driver board along with reels and door light bar all are from the same machine.  Game is Red 7s Respin.  CPU is 3.0 and OS 14A09 with 3004 BIOS.  I have original loader and license dongle.  I guess I need to know how to clear the tilt.  Opening and closing the door does not clear it.  Any suggestions appreciated.  Thanks

Ted,  I had told/mentioned this to you before.  Your reel driver/board does not have the correct flash.  Will need at least a 27 or a 30.  I just use the 30.  You also have the color light bar above the reels and color reels.  Your tilts are happening when in goes into respin mode (center reel).  That little chip on the reel board doesn't mean squat--It's what the board itself is flashed to.  This is happening more and more to folks.  The game has requirements to work.

Hi Barry  I will take a look at it.  I don't work all that much on these and my knowledge limited.  Where do I get a 30 file for it??  Thanks for the comment.

The Reel Shelf needs the Flash Sizzler spoke about. You either have to Purchase a “30” chip, or have your board Flashed.

Got the reel driver board flash updated to newer "30" version with 5 eprom chip.  Everything works great now.  Thanks to Barry and Dan for the help.  I learn something new every day.
