Help with savp Denomination Change

hii have two savp machines.i have a ekey7 so i can get in and change denominations BUT certain ones are red out and can't installdoes anyone know how to get around this?thanksscott

When setting up the machine you are able to select which denoms the machine/games will be available to use. Then when setting up the game(s) you select the denoms you want, and only those you chose will be available.. 

I haven't tried to go back in after initial setup and select more/different denoms (I typically do 1c,5c,10c,25c,$1,$5 off the bat) but I think it can be done.. I'm not home to look where that menu is but can if someone doesn't chime in before I get to it.

You have to set that up and select on initial set up " amounts/denoms available to player".  At that point once setting the game up you just select what you want as long as your software allows it.  Remember to save everything on set up and don't be hasty and push next,  Many of the screens offer "More" before you go next.

Ensure zero credits, open main and front door (M, F), open login door (C), insert Ekey 7. When the menu comes up go to:
Setup/Cash Handling/Devices then go down to "Denominations Available To Player" and select the press to view/change option.
Select the denoms you want to be available and save.


You will have to go to Setup/Game and enable the updated denoms appropriately for each game on your machine to the payable you want.

Hi, I followed this too and all saved fine but when I go back into the game the denominations I added arent there, am i doing anything wrong?
