In the early days of the A2 Pros, Bally released an upgrade kit for the A1 V32's. It was a backplane, iDeck Panel, and mpu. You can upgrade your A1 V32 to an A2 by getting these 3 items. The MPU is relatively easy to find. You can get an iDeck meant for the A2 Pro cabinets and kind of make them fit into the player area of the A1 standandard deck, although from time to time you will see the iDecks meant to replace the standard button decks on the A1, you can tell because they are rectangular as opposed to the usual iDecks that have curved edges. The backplane is the one that is hard to locate and is pricey because it is rare and hard to find. When I did my conversion, it was worthwhile doing it because a real A2 Pro was running 5-7K. I spent 2K to convert mine.
But now the A2 pros can be had for quite a bit less and the A2 pro cabinet is so much better with all the leds.
