S6000 BettorTITO Freeplay goes to JP and makes handpay

I picked up a Bally S6000 slot the other day.    Read around, made a tito cable, plugged in one of my BettorTITOs, the lights on the tito stay on like they are supposed to, when I hit the service button for credits, the display says JP   and I have to hit reset key to clear.   No credits.

Also, it will print tickets but will not read tickets.    Money is fine...

Any idea what I am doing wrong?

It was back in 2017 that I last played with a s6000.

I also attached my setting for my dual progressive cabinet. If you have a single or no progressive set 2 & 7 accordingly...
You have to go around a second time to set 78...

This TITO should load $100.00  (400 quarters) when the service button is hit...  Not hit a jackpot and require a handpay / reset.

Sounds like you need to raise the credit limit.
