S2000 Problem, getting a Call Attendent, Meter Disconnected message during setup

I'm in need of some help  ... I'm attempting to do a Clear & Key on a Double Gold S2K..  After doing a clear with my clear 97 chip, and re-installing the sb Chip, I get as far at the testing memory/call attendant, and turn the key 3 times.. At this time the machine should come up "Machine Type Mismatch", but instead the machine spins the reels, and reads "call attendant Meter Disconnected"? I did the meter plug jumper on the black/orange wire, and the brown/grey wires, but didn't help. I tried a different cabinet IO, and even tried a known good 502 MPU, but nothing is helping to fix this problem..    Does any one have an idea what I could try next ?

I didn't try swapping the door IO. I can try that tomorrow.

I know that the door IO, & the cabinet IO are not interchangeable. That number goes where? I've never had to replace one before. Where are the numbers, are they on the back or front side of the boards?  My luck these would be backwards..

They won't plug in if backwards. Different connectors.

Well I found the problem.. I was getting ready to check the wiring from the IO to the meters plug, when I noticed that there was one plug loose one the Mother board.. Once I got that plugged back and started the clear over, the machines is now working..  I guess we can close this thread..
