I Game Cabinet top box question

I was getting ready to clean inside the top box of this I Game cabinet when I noticed a board just sitting there. At first glance I believe its the power distribution board. It looks like it was mounted with Velcro to the back wall. I've never had this style cabinet before, no bat ear speakers like on the S2K. Am I just missing the mounting plate for the board? Where does it mount? Can anyone shoot me a picture of one mounted?

I think I saw this once before. The cabinet as I remembered did not have the netplex distribution board in the top box, nor did it have the amp board.  I am guessing the casino added the netplex distribution board and the amp and re-wired the speakers to have stereo sound.

I was surprised when I pulled the glass and saw the 2 S2000 speakets just sitting in there. Nice pair of chrome speaker too. I'm going to swap then out with a black pair.
