Key Chip Issue

Ok so I have key chipped probably 100 games now but I have never had this issue.


Probably a simple something I need to do.  So I will hit you experts up with the question.


Do the normal clear and key chip procedure, set the demon for .25 and then the game goes through all the normal stuff and then it comes up at .01


I repeated the whole procedure a couple of times and 1 time I actually got it to read .02 but never .25.  WTH?


Its only happening with 2 of the games out of 30 but weird its happening on 2 different games/boards.


Ideas?

Are these multidenom capable games? If so, set the accounting denom for one cent, then set player denom(s) for whatever, being sure to set the payback percent individually for each player denom

Not multi denom games that I can tell, I don't see that option anywhere in the menu.  Where is it?  I will double check anything.

On a multi denom machine you would have an accounting denom and then seperate player denoms in menu 7. On single denom there is no player denom option

I think I had this problem once before and it was something related to the software like a weird jurisdiction chip or something. What type of board and clear chip and what software are you using.
