bill validator wont accept vouchers

when I win I print ticket for cashout. bill validator readily accepts all denominations of bills. but wont accept cashout tickets. does something need to be enabled. And I would like to edit tickets to show Al & lora's game room as location etc. etc.

Unless you have a TITO system you will not be able to use tickets in your machine.

If you have a TITO system recheck your settings.
Yes you can change the tickets it's under printer settings after you press the button on the MPU if you need the navigation to that spot we can give it to you. It's a little tedious to do. With a TITO system installed it's much easier to do as it has a better front end to use.

How can I tell if I have a tito system.  what does tito stand for?  my tickets print out beautifully with amount paid out. I would like to reuse them instead of constantly putting in 20's

TITO stands for ticket in ticket out.
In the casino when a ticket is printed it sends this information to "mother  ship" where the ticket is validated and then can be used in a machine.
TITO is like mother ship and validates the ticket printed by the machine. Now the ticket will be recognized and post the credits on the machine. And the same tickets can be used over and over.
If you purchased the machine from a dealer he probably would have charged extra and made a point that the machine has a TITO system. It is not something that the casinos would have installed.

Great explanation. now how do I identify if I have a tito?? and like I asked, is it because ticket/in is not enabled??

Just read up on the tito software and now realize its not hardware but software. something I would like to have. is there an Ethernet port in the s2000 so I can install it directly from my laptop??

It is hardware it's an add on circuit board, and the hardware has an Ethernet port so you can connect it to your home network.  That is how you can control it. Like adding credits to the machine or quickly personalizing the ticket headings using your cell phone.
Read through the link and contact Jim if you have questions about the units he has. Some don't have all the bells and whistles it just allows the machine to accept tickets.
