IGT Vision coin in error

My Visions Machine has the following error:
Main door MB open
Coin in error


Batteries are all good


It accepts bills pays out in coins. Does not have a coin comparator
When bill is inserted proper value is shown


Not sure what’s wrong?


Maybe an I/O board?

Possibly the door I/O but be sure the jumper is installed in the harness for coinless operation.

Put the old one back in...I did that one time and it worked!
I swore I made a mistake marking it but I had a piece of masking tape on it saying "Bad".
To this day I don't know why....haha
