What board is this?

I have 2 s plus machines, double and triple diamond. One is pretty hacked and the other in great condition. This board is not hooked up in the good machine and did not have any wires for it, someone took them out. I removed them from the hacked machine and put them in it but do not have any for the right side ( 2 terminals ). The machine does not do the reel spin in the begining. Anyone know what this is? Pic in the next post....

The pictured board was used to communicate with a casino's player tracking network. It is not needed for stand-alone home use.
