S2000 blinking lights on processing board

I have this S2000 that was working and now when you turn it on the only thing that works is the MPU lights blink about every 20 seconds and that is it.
I have replaced the power supply twice, MPU twice, ez pay box, I/O boards, Mother board.
This is a new one for me to figure.
Please send me your ideas.

Try unplugging the ballasts.

Unplug LED display, BV, printer. Did you unplug the 24V  side of the ballast?

Just un-plugging the LED display lights stopped the LEDs on the MPU to stop blinking?
Too much drain of amperage on the PS's 24volts Sunside?

Good to hear Darell. Now let's get technical guys. They only LEDs in the display assy are in the denomination light box on a 6-6-3.
Aside from the VFD the 5-5-2 or 6-6-3 are LCD.

That is what I unplugged that made it stop blinking.
I have another one so tomorrow I will start plugging everything back in and reprogram since I replaced the motherboard.

Yeah...some guys have those LED lights in the topbox, reel glass and belly glass in place of the fluorescent lighting too.
They don't take much power but the ballasts might use extra juice to get them going.
That's kinda of what I was thinking of.

Ok there is more to the story.
This morning i installed a new display to put into the machine and every time i plugged it in the MPU lights started blinking again so i grabbed another and while holding it in my hand plugged it in and it worked until it touched ground and shorted out.
i started tracing back the wires trying to find a wire grounding out. I eventually found a screw laying on top of the coil where the pull handle is and problem solved,
Just wanted to share.
