Need VFD Programmed

Is anyone able to program a VFD display? I currently have one that works but is for a different game & I need it programmed for top dollar.

All the WTB ads I have seen have been specific for Top Dollar only? Maybe someone else will chime in, but never saw anyone else ask about programming one.
