Reel 3 tilt won't clear

I have a S2000 with a 1270 MPU that I'm getting a constant reel 3 tilt, & even when I raise the door latch & slide it back down, the reel 3 tilt comes back every time. I've tried swapping reel 1 & reel 2 over to reel 3 and the tilt continues with reel 3 only. All 3 reels are firmly snug & connected & all 3 get stiff upon power up. Anything else I could look for or try? Thanks in advance

Is the reel rubbing on a wire harness or the inside of the door display?

What SG chips do you have in there? The 1270 board works better with 598s.

I've checked to make sure the reel isn't rubbing against anything, I even tries the same MPU in a different machine & the reel tilt 3 error still happens. As far as the SG chips I'm using, they are 523

Check connector pins on the board to see if any are bent.

When you said you tried the mpu in a different machine  did the reel fault follow the MPU or is the original machine still giving the reel fault.

So the problem is on the mpu.
There are some that should be able to chime in on the probable component that is bad on the mpu.
