IGT calls the small brass key on the right-hand side of an S+ machine a "Jackpot Reset Key Switch".

Around here, we just call it the "Reset Key".


With the door closed, turning the reset key clockwise once gets you into the "Accounting Mode", usually used by slot attendants.

Gotcha....Is there setting/tests using that key? I finally got my machine working but the credit display doesn't light up during play, and I notice when you put a dollar bill in. It drops 2 quarters in the payout instead of holding 4 credits in the machine.

So I figured it out with help from my other post..... I did used the Set15 chip and changed the Denom to .25 and now i get 4 credits (Solved)
Also when I light up the credit/change button first before I insert the dollar bill, It now keeps the 4 credits in the machine.
