S2000 Reel Issue

Hello all,
I was playing my Triple Butterfly Sevens, all was fine until during a spin, first three reels landed on a spot then reels 4 and 5 started buzzing loudly and just kept spinning. I opened and shit the machine off , waited a few seconds then turned it back on. Memory tests etc ran fine till the reels started turning and all five were buzzing loudly and kept spinning. I shut it back off and came here for any possible advice.
Has anyone experienced this issue? Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

When that happens open the door and flick the jackpot reset switch one time and close the door. As soon as you flick the JP key they should stop spinning. Which MPU is in machine?

this usually happens when the machine sees the door opening during a spin. this is caused by marginal door optic alignment or the optic itself losing IR angle.

an easy way to check this: get in the menu, go to test #4, processor inputs, main door. now with the door closed and the latch all the way down, the display should show a 1 and a 0 toggling back and forth, now lift up on the door at the bottom and see if the toggling stops, if it does then you have to readjust your optic alignment so it doesn't happen when you lift the door.
