Display board stopped working.

My display board stop working today. I checked the connection everything seems good.
I put a working display board in but that didn't work either. I also unplugged the io board and put it back in.. Everything else on the machine is working. If anybody has any suggestions let me know

That's an S2000 VFD blue display panel.
It's powered up thru a ribbon cable.
The ribbon cable runs down to the driver board...make sure the cable is seated good at both ends.
There's two flashing LED lights on the middle of this VFD driver board down below...are they flashing?
The top green LED is flashes quite fast, while the bottom green LED flashes somewhat slower and steadily.

I swapped out the vfd display board. Now it's working. I must need a new display board
.
