Adding manual Service Credits to IGT S2000

Hi,

I have a Cleopatra IGT S2000 with Vision.  The coin validator is not working.  When I turn it on the 3 lights come on and stay on.  I hear no noises from it etc. This machine does not takes coins, so currently I have no way of adding money.  It does have a TITO but I have no idea if it works or not.  Are there any trouble shooting tips or should I just purchase a new head for it?  Also, Is there a way through the settings to manually add service credits so it can be played?   Thanks!

If machine has a Tito board it should award credits when you push the service button twice.

I pushed the service button twice, it said " I'll show you the way" but no credits added.  Did I need to have the Gold Key in and turned?

Or did I need to have the door open when hitting the service button twice?

No and no.

Not all TITO boards are capable of adding credits by hitting the service button.  If yours does, you need to make sure that legacy bonus is enabled in your sas settings.  There are many threads on how to setup tito on an s2000 as well as some videos on youtube.

Thanks,  The truth is I need to confirm there is a TITO board in there.  I know there is a ticket printer.  It's a little overwhelming as a few days ago I knew nothing about any of this.  I was just hoping there was an easy way via settings to manually add credits.  My wife is pissed. lol
