That is why I told you the voltages. Check with a meter like Cowboy said. The plugs are labeled something like pwr in and pwr out 1,2,3,. Your larger power dist. has 2 netplex plugs in it. I don't see a netplex power input installed. Does 1 of them belong at input? Your smaller board has a plug at pwr input. Does it have 12 and 24vdc?

Hey guys n girls...I haven't gotten to work on this..mom had a heart attack sunday and a cath on monday...have been at the hospital everyday after work..she was put into a nursing home tonight..I'll be spending the next few days and evenings there..hope things will get back to a normalcy next week...

I'll try to get to test the voltages by Sunday I hope...I'll let you known

hey everyone!!!

sorry that i have taken so long to get back to you and this dang phoenix gold machine..had received several emails, mom is better..not where she was but atleast she is still with us...thanks for all the emails.......yesterday and today i was able to get back to the machine...a few things have happened since i was able to get all of the correct chips and data...i have swapped both power supplies agaom, swapped distro power block upstairs, swapped top box with a working "normal 3 reel s2000" bottom...checked the voltages...i have 13 and 24 on the power pins...plugged in the netplex plug into the input, output...nothing has changed with this machine....the bottom works great...the top sucks!!!

im done...does anyone want this thing?  ive got 800 bucks in it with harnesses, power supply and chips...and still cant get it to work...anyone want to buy it as is or do i want to part it out?  entire machine is in excellent shape and works...i currently have the top swapped with a 9 line triple diamond and it works perfect also...with all of the part swapping im pretty sure the problem is in the top box somewhere

im gonna put it back together...take some pictures...if anyone is interested, i can drive a fair distance to deliver if needed..

thanks for everyones help so far!!!

Are you interested in selling the kit? Glass, software, strips and top box backplane? If so, what would you have to get for it?
