The saga about Rudy's customer service has been ongoing for some time now. It gradually went from "good" many years ago, to sometimes spotty customer service in recent years and then to "you should buy somewhere else" the past couple of years. At this point in time you should probably cancel your order and request a refund. If you are not able to contact them and cancel the order then call the number on the back of your credit card and tell your credit card rep that you want to dispute the charge at Rudy's due to not getting what your purchased. That should get you a refund.
In years past many NLG members bought parts from Rudy's and didn't have any problems. They were a good source for parts at fair prices. But over time they became more & more unreliable. So sadly we have lost another place to get parts for older machines in this hobby.
The historical posts that are made on the NLG website over the many years are preserved as-is, they don't get changed to update changing conditions unless the original author of the post wants to go back and edit it, which is rarely done.
