I believe that 'Ole PayPal' has already ruled...and that would be, in the buyers favor...it doesn't matter in PayPals eyes wether it's a $5700 issues or a $5 issue....if you don't come through, you don't come throug!!! Goods not delivered!

Just an FYI folks. If you use your Credit Card for a Paypal payment and the purchase is NOT to your liking (not as described, never received, damaged, etc), all you do is flip your credit card over and call the customer service number on the back. You then tell them you want to "dispute the charge". IMMEDIATELY, the charge amount is removed from your credit card balance and you are not responsible for it until PROVEN otherwise. That is the LAW.

The card company (bank) yanks the money from Paypal and Paypal yanks the money from the sellers account - INSTANTLY. The seller then must PROVE the item was delivered and SIGNED FOR. The seller MUST also provide insurnace for the item incase it is damaged. By most merchant account agreements the seller is FULLY responsible for the item until the buyer SIGNS for it, thus agreeing it was recieved and in non-damaged condition.

So all you guys that "never got your stuff" and are still waiting for a refund, call your card company and let them know you want to "dispute the charge", so you're not making payments for an item you never received.

By Federal Law, you have 90 days to dispute any credit card charge.

Now if you used a DEBIT card or your Paypal balance, you're screwed with NO protection whatsoever.

Hey guys, just wanted to give an update.  PayPal has refunded my purchase from Southern Slots today.  I opened the claim 11 days ago and just confirmed the money is back in my account.  Thank you PayPal!  Best of luck to you guys waiting too.

Just a update. Filed my claim the 16th and got a email from Southern saying I was refunded. Checked paypal and I was refunded this morning.

Filed the 17th, refunded today..


Sloppy ass clowns make people do this claim BS.. Had to waste my time thinking about this for the past few weeks over a few bucks..., Even if it was $1 dollar, it's my dollar!

Eleven days for the process like most others.
