New to me double double bonus poker

Not sure I’m in the right place. Just picked up this IGT Double Double Bonus Poker game. It says low battery call attendant. Jackpot key does nothing. Not sure what family this game is and no idea where to start troubleshooting. Thanks in advance for any help.

It's a player's edge plus video poker machine.  I'll move it to that forum.  The first thing you need to do is replace the battery.  Then you will need to clear the CMOS RAM error message afterwards and you should be back in business.  You may also have to set the machine denomination and re-enable the validator.  You'll know if you do need to after you get the CMOS RAM cleared.

SET004 is what you may need to set your denomination and re-enable validator.  Member RB can help you with that if you need one.

You will not need a clear chip. You will eventually need a bill validator SET chip to enable the validator, but you'll be able to get it up and running without coins without any special chip.

Ok. I replaced the battery and got the following message on screen.
BAD GAME EPROM
So I removed the mpu and removed each chip separately, cleaned the legs and replaced.
Then I got the
DOOR OPEN
CMOS DATA
Held in the white button and got the ding
Now dealing with optics.
Unplugged checked voltage 5v door 8.8v cabinet
Turned it off and went to bed.
This morning turned on the machine and just get a blank white screen
Appreciate the help so far. Any ideas?

With the power off, remove the MPU board and then re-seat it into the motherboard. Now power on and see if you get anything on the screen? A blank white screen is an indication that the machine isn't booting, or a problem with the monitor or its connection.

Thanks knagl I pulled that board and reinserted it so many times I thought it was good. Got some new door optics from badbaud @ klar (great group of guys by the way) pulled the board and reinserted one more time and bam! Machine is up and running. I have ADHD so off to the Bally 5000 I picked up over the weekend for $20
