Cinevision Ticket Feed Problems

Anyone else with a Bally Cinevision help with to see if I am missing a part?


I have a Ithaca 850 printer in mine and I think I may be missing the guide that spits on the ticket  through the cinevions ticket slot. Sometimes my tickets feed into the machine and sometimes it feeds out of the ticket slot. Should there be another piece so this doesn't happen or is my printer slightly off track?


Any help would be appreciated.

There is a small metal guide that mounts there.  I do not have pics at time but it simular or same as any bally s-9 etc. Without the guide the paper rolls up like toilet paper etc. and just goes crazy.

Here is what the guide looks like, Hope it helps.  I use these but you should be able to find.  Also I seen maybe you would rig something, I don't see why not, all it is a guide.  A good Beer can could be the donar--   (for the metal).  One of those 16 oz. bud-light bottle necks has nice metal in them.
