BB3 NXT3.2 software compatibility issues

Hey, all

I purchased an NXT3.2 from a reputable seller for my BB2e conversion and am only able to load a handful of games/software without issues. I assume from reading several posts here on the forum, the issue might be the video card.  Apparently, they used two different video cards in these CPU's, one more user friendly than the other. The video card in the CPU that I'm having issues with is P/N: 102G031101 000001.  I have access to another NXT3.2 with a different video card P/N: 102G020306 999999 that loads every game that I put in it, with no issues at all.  Is this truly just a video card issue?

The seller asked me to give him a list of the games that I've tried to load, this was my response to him.....

This is a list of games that I've tried so far. A few of them will load correctly, but most of them do not. They either have the expanded (low resolution) bottom screen, or load the call attendant/setup to the top screen.

I have about a dozen more BB3 titles that I haven't tried yet.

A friend came over with his BB3 CPU to help me diagnose this issue. Every game mentioned above loaded perfectly on my machine/his CPU, with no issues.

Something is not working correctly with the CPU that was sent.

That game was included in a package deal that I recently purchased from another individual, I'm not sure where he got it.

For future reference, it is clearly the video card that's the issue. I swapped video cards with the other CPU and the problem followed the video card.

Video card P/N: 102G031101 000001 loads a very limited amount of game software correctly.

Video card P/N: 102G020306 999999 loads every game that I tried, without issues.

Has anyone else experienced this problem?

Update:

Seller is in the process of sending a new (hopefully P/N: 102G020306 999999) video card with return postage for the one I'm having issues with. I'll update again once the replacement arrives.
