S2000 4th bonus reel problem

I just bought an IGT S2000 slot "Big Times Pay" which has a 4th bonus reel. I soon discovered that the pays don't match the symbols on the bonus reel. The reel strip appears to be installed correctly. It is engaged in the notches. The machine works fine, no errors. I'm guessing that this is not the correct strip for this game. Can anyone tell me where I might find the correct reel strip ?

post a photo of your reel with the strip.  These strips are kind of unique and there aren't very many.

Attached is a photo of the bonus reel & strip. Another discovery I made is that the game has an 8x bonus and there is no 8x symbol on this strip.
The symbols on the strip are: 3x 5x 1x 4x 2x 10x 3x 6x 2x 5x 4x

I was looking for another machine when I came across my Big Times Pay and remembered your post.  If your strip does not have an 8X pay then you have the wrong strip.  Take a look at my photos there should be a 2X 3X 4X 5X 6X 8X and 10X  I also took a photo showing the 8X  I looked for a strip number but could not find one on the 4th reel strip  :Scratch-Head:  :Scratch-Head:  See attached pictures.  Hope this helps at least a little bit.  It is a fun game to play.
