Have any of you ever put your game in an apartment or in a manufactured home in a trailer park? Most places don't mention anything of the sort in their terms/conditions....

Depending on the state, you might want to do some homework with the laws since an apartment complex  would be managed by a landlord.

Thanks for your responses. I am asking mostly about handling the reaction of the landlord for such a thing. Especially in the case of a manufactured home, where there is a significant equity investment in the building. Talking about Maine specifically, but any stories or experiences are welcome.

Unless the owner of the trailer park specifically prohibits slot machines then I'd think you only have to be concerned about the state laws. If it is only for your private use (not having weekend gambling parties) then the trailer park shouldn't have a problem, anymore than if you had an x-box or a pinball machine.

In Maine all slot machines are legal for private ownership.

Well as a landlord, I can tell you, that a slot machine in one of my rental houses wouldn't bother me. Weight isn't an issue, it's lighter than a fridge. What I tell my tenants is: Pay your rent and don't tear up my house. Most landlords don't worry about little things like that. I've been doing this for over 20 years now and believe me........I've seen a lot worse shit than a slot machine in a house.
