WMS BB1 Printer Setup Issue

Not sure what setting to use for comm setting, SAS setup validation. Not using a TITO so I normally would set Valadation to standard but I’m not given that option. My choice is only system or enhanced?  Not sure how to get it to print?

Set it to system. For some reason it still goes to hand pay. I can print out a ticket under test only. Is there something I’m missing?

Not sure but I believe it has to do with your jurisdiction chip allowing for a  printer.

I did try swapping Jurisdiction chips from a known working machine that has a working printer but I couldn’t seem to clear the jurisdiction error. Is there something I can do to correct the error?

You will most likely have to do a full clear. Do you have the clear card?

I did a full clear but jurisdiction error keeps coming up. Can’t seem to clear it. Suggestions?

I have never had issues changing sjur chips on bb1 machines.  Does the clear to through with no error?  Post a screenshot of the jurisdiction error you are getting.

I’ve never changed a jurisdiction chip before. I think my error was clearing the machine first than installing the jurisdiction chip. Sorry. Anyone have 2 jurisdiction chips that will allow ticket printing, or do I need to post a WTB?
