It's a Williams 40X Dotmation machine. There are many threads here and the old site about the Dotmation machines.

Attached is a manual for the Williams 40X machines. It has a lot of information, including part numbers of the main assemblies. Williams made 2 similar Mermaids machine, the Mermaids Gold and the Mermaids Treasure. They both were unique from the several other dotmation models in that they had 3 extra pushbuttons on the player button panel.
