Bluebird xD no signal input. Need ideas

I have a Bluebird xD that was in the middle of a bonus when it locked up, when i rebooted it i got the no signal input on the screen and no further activity.
Ive tried everything i know how to, and there are five other technicians that are coming up with nothing (journeymen at that)
Any ideas would be much appreciated.

Yes sir. I personally have tried swapping video card alone and also the entire CPU. I have other cards i can try tho i might do that while i wait for more replies.

Then it's probably the backplane at fault if you swapped out the CPU

Ya we swapped that out too but not from a working game, Ill try that too. Im telling you this game has been driving me crazy lol. :duh:

No much left, I presume all power indicator leds light up, so PS is not causing this.

Yes sir, the power supply i swapped from a working game and all LED's are good.
