Use a BB2 bezel and fill in the space that the top with Kydex black plastic cut to fit the small space left at the top.  Notice how the monitor fits perfectly against the bezel and the bezel fits perfectly against the curvature of the door.  Not big spaces on the top, bottom and sides with the BB2 bezel.

You will have to do some surgery on the bezel and door to make it fit.
