No system launcher is found or determined. System boot fails.

Having trouble with an S-Avp. Comes up with “No system launcher
is found or determined. System boot fails”. I have a set of Ekeys
and a diagagnostic 014 and A09 but dont know where to go from
there. Seller is no help. This is number 2 of 2 machines i purchased
that had problems from day 1. Just looking for a little bit of guidance.

Insert ekey and A09 in the secure usb ports on the cpu. The ports behind the door. Turn the machine on and let it install the Os and follow the instructions on screen. When done turn off and remove A09 but leave in ekey and turn it back on. Once it boots follow the set up instructions and set up the machine. If that does not work you will need to use the diagnostic and ekey and at start up and wipe the hard drive and ram and then turn off the machine and do the above instructions. That is of course it your boot chips match up with the A09 operating system.

You also need to make sure your bios is compatible with the OS you are installing.

Thanks guys. I will try that during the week when i get a free moment.  If i have to wipe the hard drive, do i need the game loader and licence dongles also? I do not have them.  The game was up and running but froze up last week and this is where i stand today.  Again, i have no experience with the Savps. I really perfer my
Bally Alphas compared to this IGT platform.

That is because you are used to and comfortable with the alpha platform. When you learn this one you will like it to. No other platform (AVP anyway, not so much SAVP) Let's you not only pick the games you want to play at the same time but also lets you play multiple games on the same  machine.
