Good question Bryan,
Michael can you take a pic of the devices screen too, I know the original show chips for family 014 were just AVPSHOW-014 and all that was different was they stripped the license manager out of the boot 2 but boot 1 had to match. Maybe in the newer SHOW versions boot 1 is irrelevant.

Pretty sure that just boost chip 2 does it all on that as it's what I have and run and boot 1 is generic lata dah.  With the machine on just twist the key and go to support and view your packages-no e-key required. Boot 1 was burnt to match boot 2.

Does anybody have a PSR for AI014-BO3 OS, I want to confirm the file numbers.  The numbers Blair2020 listed above are different than what I have so maybe his OS is even newer.

I think AI014-B0D is the newest right now. Well, in my jurisdiction anyway. It has a date code of 9-28-18 but has minimal insignificant changes from B0C.

Jeff, I believe it is as follows, top to bottom newest to oldest. B00 and BA0 came out together, one with CONFIG014-007-XXX and the other with CONFIG-021-XXX. still trying to figure out why. It almost appears they were building 2 different "B" OS trees but the "B0" side evolved while the "BA" side stopped after BA1.

Ok, I figured it out.
AI014-BA0 and AI014-BA1 are for ASBC (AVP Bonus System Controller) and are not designated for "EGM" or machine use. There isn't any support for cash or credit handling, ticket printing, or client game installation.

I have checked all of the B series OS's and they all say they require ASB014 style chips. So, I'm still stumped on Blairs configuration. There are a couple of guys trying to duplicate his setup with various OS versions.

Just to close this thread out, here is my setup if anyone wants to emulate it:

625 Brainbox

OS:
AIO14-B0C

Boot:
1- AVPSB014B3004
2-AVPSHOW014-13

G.K. 8.3 Version D11 (GAME014-001NW3-D11)

Able to run GK and all slots in harmony.  Did a fresh install on a new SSD and everything still worked flawlessly.

Were you able to do the ezconfig to run all games.  When I do that, I get an error saying I'm missing some kind of module?  I can enable all games individually, but with over 70 games, that takes a while.

I only installed the GK 8.3 loader and the BC0 OS.  Is there another loader?  All I did was a fresh os install, then installed the loader through the ekey menu and then I went into the ez setup and tried to enable all games at once, but then I got a tilt saying I was missing some kind of feature, I should have taken a screen shot. I can try the option again tonight and take a shot.

Rick, what version of the game are you using.  Mine is 1NW3-D03 but his is 1NW3-D11, could that be the issue?

Rick if you are running a game like back to the future etc.  it has to be disabled to run the others -FI loader-which I am sure you know?.
