igt avp g23 red screen

hello all i have a g23 that crashed, i was loading a game and when i took out the usb i got a red screen, pic below, and a usb mass error. i used my ekey 7 and diagnostic key 14-21 but it wont load them it keeps rebooting when i hit the white button nothing happens...please help. thank you if you can call me and walk me through on resetting....... thanks rick....it was a bad diagnostic and was able to remove bad game....

yes both keys or just ekey 7 ok any idea how to get this thing going again...i am new and only had this for a couple months...kinda worried that i have a large paper weight...

You probably inserted the diagnostic key into a pc, thus invalidating the integrity hash.  There's a procedure you need to do in order to remove the damage.  Windows puts a directory called "System Volume Information"  You need to remove it from your diagnostic key.  You can google on how to remove as there are various ways.  The reason why you are getting a red screen is probably because the game you installed probably needs a diferent OS than the one currently installed on your machine.  Sometimes you can get your machine to work by just removing the package you installed using the USB diagnostic key.  But anytime you erase a game package through the usb diagnostic, it erases the rest of the configuration, you will probably need to re-enable all your other games if removing the game fixes your boot issue.   In the future you cannot just go rough shot and install a game without knowing requirements.  Some games will force you to do an entire drive wipe.

I have never put either key in my pc. I read about that. Both keys worked on my machine before this happened. Is there anything else I can do? thanks for your input. As for loading games lesson learned just hope I can get it to work again

There's obviously something wrong with your diagnostic key, unfortunately you can't proceed any further without a functioning one.  Storage authentication failure is exactly that, as the system is booting up, there's a check done on both keys to make sure they are not modified in any way.  For whatever reason, your diagnostic key is not passing this check, and thus you get that error.  Perhaps whoever you bought your machine from would be able to fix your diagnostic key for you?
