How to fix the bezel arrow light/door

My bezel arrow light (where you inser the dollar bills) only stays on/comes on if I play with the door. When I close the door, the weight seems to drop the door down which makes the arrow turn off.  If I push the door up and can get it to stay up, the light stays on. Do I just have to tighten the door hinges or something to make it stay up and the light on?

You probably have a cold solder or pinched wires that are loosing connectivity when in a given position.  I would examine the harness to the arrow board and look for wires that may have issues.

The weight of the door makes it drop down a little so the corner of the frame on the right (the rounded part where you put the money in) sits a little lower (basically on the button panel) and the light turns off.  If I push the door up and can get it to stay up, the light stays on.

so did you examine the bezel and the harness for damage.  My door also drops down a bit, but my light doesn't go out.
