Hopper problem.

Sounds good. Next time post a picture, it will help tremendously. One of us would have noticed that. We all get there, just takes time.

You can convert it to quarters - shelf wheel, knife and maybe some other parts. Others will know or check the forum posts out, I'm sure all that info is here somewhere already.

Many vendors with parts and hoppers to choose from.

Was going to get into using the hopper with 'big' coins but that opens up a whole other world of things to do.

Trying not to seem rude or anything - RB had the shelf wheel question on the 1st reply. Have to know what a shelf wheel is for that to make sense, so we are getting there. Once again good work RB.

what got me going is someone offered me a dollar hopper because he could not use it.looked to see if quarters actually reached the optics and they did not. those 1/2 dollar silver pieces got to go back to wifey or she'll kill me. if i can rebuild hopper cheaply to accept quarters i will.  thanks again to all of you here.

If a quarter registers a credit then at a minimum you can get by with a quarter shelf wheel and small coin hopper knife. A quarter pinwheel will allow the quarters to come out quicker.

I just contributed to the site. 7 year stoke survivor who was a top notch electronic tech who could troubleshoot boards to the component level. social security doesn't do me well but i'm making it and still having some fun fixing things. Sorry i did not contribute sooner but i have had a lot of fun using your advice. these machines are my life and my wife, a 32 year teacher retiree loves them. my jukebox is my true accomplishment. thanks guys.

I'm an electronic technician too, 40 + years in semiconductor. Repair everything here at work, component level and troubleshooting. With all this obsolete stuff in the plant I get to do all sorts of magic, LOL. Consider myself a madgician - Fix obsolete/unobtainium things by pulling stuff out of the thin air - if you know what I mean lol. Trying to be PC. 

I even try to repair PS's and other things here to help out the members. Kinda 24/7    Enjoy doing it.
