How to Get a G23 To Print Jackpot Receipt for hand pay?

My old game king 6.2 machine would print a jackpot receipt when a hand pay was hit and the attendant key was turned. I have a G23 with TITO, any idea where in the settings to go to set this up? How it is now, hand pay message shows, you turn the attendant key, and it just says "paid" on the bottom, nothing prints. Thanks!

Mine was grayed out but I changed my validation style from system to enhanced now it let's me enable it. But when exiting message pops up saying "waiting for host to set validation data. Serialsas1: waiting for host to set validation data...

Wanted to follow up on this, see if anyone figured this out. RB I see where the setting is but it's greyed out and won't let me change it to yes. Only way to do it is to change validation system to "enhanced" but then TITO and stuff does not work. I made sure no credits on machine. Stumped..
