IGT S2000 WAP Game Programming And Necessary Tools
« on: October 03, 2018, 12:31:18 PM »
IGT S2000 WAP Games And CCOM Board  AVP Programmer.

INFORMATION ONLY--Hardware Not For Sale.

WAP Games Need To Talk To At Least ONE  CCOM Board To Work.
CCOM (Casino Communication Board) IGT Part Number 755 10600 EX

The Board gets It's Power From ANY IGT S2000 By Plugging In the 3 Pin Cable In the Bottom Connection, By The Service Plug.
The Fiber Optic Cables (2 Needed) Go From the CCOM Board To The Machine Inputs--Where The Board Power Plugs In.  (Stamped WAP On Metal)
The  Pre-Made Fiber Optic Cables Are Standard Parts, Available At Computer Supply Sites.
The CCOM Board Must Have A Software Chip, Also, This One Is IVC 134.

The AVP Programmer Is Quite Simple. (NECESSARY TO SET CCOM UP FIRST TIME)
Once Plugged In--It Will Read the Game Chip, Tell You what Game it Is, And Tell You the Denomination To Set, In The Machine.
Then You set:
Date/Time
 Max Jackpot
Starting Amount
Jackpot Reset Value.
Percentage Of Bet That Goes To Jackpot.
Number Of Coins, Or Credits, For Max Bet.
A Few other Things.

WAP Setup, Is All You Need To Set In Machine.
Channel 8 Is the Fiber Optic Channel.

SAS--WG2 And All That other Stuff Has Nothing To Do With This Setup.

That's It!
CCOM Board Uses A Different (Standby) Coin Battery  CR2330, Then CPU Board.

The CCOM Board Can Also Talk To A Master Progressive System, If you Have one.

THIS SETUP, Will Make Any WAP GAME Act As A Standalone.

WAP GAME CHIPS Have A Unique Number,
Usually Starting With SGW ,
The Base Chip Number Usually Starts With WB.
The Original WAP Chips Will Also Have An Orange Labels.

 you Know they are WAP.
