Does anyone know if there is master list on site for eproms & simms for IGT 3902 games? Perhaps I'm not looking in the right places, lol.

I haven't ever seen one that lists complete software sets by game title (I000XXXX, G000XXXX, C000XXXX, DSS00XXX).  I've seen lists that show which individual chips belong to, but that's it.

I figured as long as the 3902 platform has been around, there has been something put together. Even if its just a partial list that can be added on to. I only own a few games myself but I know of others who have a big lot of misc. simms and eproms that could help put sets together.

Not sure why, probably because there's so many different possible combinations for one game.  There can be different chips for single/multi-denomination, international versions, non-TITO, TITO, state/tribal jurisdictions, etc.
