Printer over feeds paper

Hello,
For all this time I didn't think my printer worked until I saw a youtube video from Jim at Betterslots and realized I didn't have my settings correct during set up... nonetheless after printing tickets I quickly see that it over feeds and leaves half a ticket sticking out. It prints the first ticket correctly but then  leaves another sticking out of the machine.
Anyway to solve this?

Not exactly sure what I did but it seems to be correct now. I spun the paper around and now it works correctly.

Yes, the paper was backwards.  The little bars have to be facing up, to the right and toward the front, otherwise you get what you described before.

Any way to get the ticket to print something other than "Your Establishment" across the top? Is there a way to program what it is you want the ticket to say?

I forgot I don't have printer enabled on mine right now.  Go to setup/machine options/printer etc you should be able to find it.

It's the SITE ID button in the screen where you enable the printer, validator, hopper, comparitor, etc.
