Want to Add TITO to IGT GL20 AVP 3.0

Good Morning, New to the Forum and New to the world of at Home Slots.  Just acquired an IGT GL20 with AVP 3.0 and Multi Game that has a functional ticket printer and would like to add TITO to it.  I know I need the Tito Board, a cable and the ekey7, my question is would there be anything else needed to get this feature added to the unit, as I don't want to do anything that would cause harm to it?  Thanks..... John

The serial and power cable is included with the Tito kit.  Correct you will need an eKey-7.  More specifically on the G20 model looking at the pic you see the area of the backplane where there are 4 relay ports that may or may not be populated with Comm cards of various types.  With the machines power off you can carefully remove the metal protective cover to inspect the cards, if any, beneath.  You are wanting to find a RS-232 relay board that the Tito kits included serial cable will plug into.

The Backplane in the machine looks different than the one attached in the the reply from Jim, so I've attached 2 images hereto that shows the backplane in the system and a close up of the relay ports on the board.  Looks like the Part Number for the Backplane is 7583203W Rev C.  My question is are all of the RS232 Daughter Cards the same and compatible for this board, or do I need a specific one?

Your board is missing an RS-232 daughter board that plugs into the port I'm pointing at in the picture below.  The serial cable included with the Tito kit plugs into a port on the daughter board.  The link below is one potential source that I just Google searched to find and I know nothing about that seller so you should shop around.  But its a good pic in that ad of what you are needing.  To my knowledge they are all the same.
