Sorry, printer is not available message

I just installed a Better Slots TITO board in a 5 reel S2000 machine
, followed the YouTube video about the settings & tried to print out a ticket & I got this message instead. I have printer paper in the printer & I've enabled the printer, guess I possibly missed a step in the settings?

The printer has to print tickets BEFORE installing the TITO gadget.
Take it back off and get the printer working first.

So just power the machine down, remove the TITO device, power back up & print a ticket. Then power back down, re install the device & it should work then?

If correct tito software settings are installed and you remove the tito board all cashouts will go to handpay, so that is impossible. :hissyfit:

Just email me and we can setup a time to go thru your settings together over the phone.  We can also check the Tito to see if any is up with it.  That particular error usually means there is a break in comms between the printer and the main computer board but I wouldn't rule out some menu setting left over from the casino messing with it.

I must have missed a step setting it up because I cleared the machine and got it working printing & taking tickets plus free play button (service) is working too. Only problem is I forgot to set up my multi denom touch panel (1,2,5 & 10 cents) is there a way to go back & set that up without having to clear the machine again?

It's a real pain on an s2000 to insert/change letters on the display, but it can be done.
