I have fixed a bunch of things on this machine.  When I put a coin in and pull the lever the reels spin but never stop.  If I run the cycle during the 8 test they stop fine. Any h

Have you ran test 5 on this machine yet? test 5 will tell you what the individual reels are reading
so you should see a series of numbers something like 1.2.1.3

The first 1 designates the first pay line and then 2.1.3 is an example (only) of the 3 symbols showing
on the payline. If you get 0.0.0.0 then the first thing I would suspect is the reel reader decoder which
sits behind the reel mechanism.

Are you getting any codes in the window? with the door open you should get a 50 000 code, even after
you close the door, that code will stay until a coin is played.

When I run it I get the 0000.  Where should I go from here?

I would say to pull the reel mechanism, pull the card out and either replace the card or replace the
3 IC's on the board.

The board may have 2 plugs (1 on each end) or it may have 3, with 1 on each end and 1 coming from
the bottom. If your machine is a 3 reel machine then you can use either board

Well once that issue was solved everything works now.  I really wanted to keep this machine but I don't have the room in my game room.  I will post some pics cause it's got a cool story and curious what you guys would recommend asking for it.  I bought it with the original sales sheet and the cage receipt.  Also the key chain has a picture of a woman hitting the jackpot on the machine on the casino floor.  Let me know what you all think.

I take it that repairing or replacing the reel reader decoder resolved the last problem on the machine, right.

I think it is pretty cool to have some history on the machine, often times you get one and know nothing
about it so thanks for showing us.
